About
Hi, I'm Jasmine, a Seattle-based video producer and storyteller with a background in youth development and community-centered work. I know how to take something complicated, something that matters, and make it actually land with people.
What I've noticed is that most promo videos sand off everything interesting. The real story gets replaced with mission statement language and stock footage of people shaking hands. I make videos that keep the rough edges, because that's where the meaning lives and that's what the people are wanting to see.
My clients are doing work that matters. The video should feel like proof of that, not a outdated brochure about it.

What Is UGC?
UGC is short-form video that looks and feels like it was made by an actual person — not a production team. Turns out people can tell the difference between something made for them and something made at them.

Most UGC creators are interchangeable — basic lifestyle, flat aesthetics. My combination is harder to replicate: outdoor lifestyle, restorative justice work, a paraplegic dog, dry humor, and emotional intelligence. How It Works
You share your campaign brief — product, goal, vibe, deadline. I ask a few questions if needed. No 12-page intake form.
I send a contract covering deliverables, usage rights, and timeline. 50% deposit before filming starts. Everything in writing.
I make the video — natural footage, on-camera narration, captions. You get a draft within the agreed timeline.
Up to 2 rounds of revisions, then final files delivered via Google Drive. Ready to post or run as ads.

Questions
Do I need a Squarespace subscription?
Yes — you'll need your own Squarespace plan. I'll help you pick the right one. Most clients land on Basic or Core, which runs $16–$23/month. I don't mark that up. It goes directly to Squarespace.
What if I already have a site I just want redesigned?
Totally doable. I can work with your existing site or start fresh — sometimes a clean slate is actually faster. We figure out which makes more sense on the discovery call.
Will I be able to update it myself after?
Yes — that's the whole point. Squarespace is built for non-technical people and I build every site so updates are as simple as possible. I'll show you how before I hand it off.
Do you write the copy too?
Copy editing comes with every package — I clean up what you give me. Full copywriting is available as an add-on or included in the Org & Nonprofit package. Either way, the words end up sounding like you, not a template.
Can you bundle web design with a promo video?
Absolutely — and honestly it's a great combination. A well-told video on a well-built site does a lot of heavy lifting together. Reach out and we can build a quote around both.
